July 8 last day to register

During a stop at Cape Girardeau Regional Airport on Wednesday, July 8, Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft reminded voters that July 8 is the last day to register to vote for the Aug. 4 primary election.

Voters will be given three options to vote in the August primary and November general elections.

As in the past, voters may vote in person or by absentee ballot.

New for the August election is the option of mail-in voting.

More details will be in next week’s issue of The Cash-Book Journal.
