Johnstons celebrate 50 years

Lyle and Paulette (Harty) Johnston will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, April 22, with a meal at their home.

The Johnstons were married April 22, 1972, at Zion United Methodist Church in Gordonville. The Rev. Roy Pinson officiated. Attendants were Ray Johnston, Gaylan Johnston, James Deneke, Paul Nothdurft, Dan Brase, Phyllis McGuire, Eileen Lafary, Ramona Harty, Karen Johnston and Sarah (Deneke) Slinkard.

They have two children, Will Johnston and Celesta Johnston.
