Ingredients:
1 Deep dish frozen pie crust
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 c. milk or half and half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. ham, diced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In sauté pan melt butter on low heat and add onion and sauté until tender. In medium bowl, mix milk or half and half, eggs and salt and pepper set aside.
Layer ham and cheese in the pie crust. Pour egg mixture over the top. Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
