Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (any brand) we used Kelloggs brand
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and press into 9 x 13 pan. 18 oz. semi-sweet morsels, melted. Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl. Microwave in one minute increments until melted stirring in between until smooth. Spread chocolate over mixture and refrigerate for one hour. Cut into bars. (Makes approx. 24 bars.)
