- One loaf of crusty bread, split
- 6 oz. can of black olives sliced, drained
- 6 oz. jar of pimento stuffed olives, sliced, drained
- One small bunch of green onions, sliced.
- 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 12 oz. sharp cheddar, grated
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and green onions. Spread over split bread (you can also use a frozen garlic loaf). Add olives on top and bake until golden brown, appox. 15-20 minutes.
