Olive Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
  • One loaf of crusty bread, split
  • 6 oz. can of black olives sliced, drained
  • 6 oz. jar of pimento stuffed olives, sliced, drained
  • One small bunch of green onions, sliced.
  • 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 12 oz. sharp cheddar, grated
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and green onions. Spread over split bread (you can also use a frozen garlic loaf). Add olives on top and bake until golden brown, appox. 15-20 minutes.
